This covers the LuminVoice Studio, the practitioner tool at studio.luminvoice.com. For a client, you are the practitioner's client: they decide what is recorded and kept, and we handle it on their behalf.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, sign-in.
• Your voice: the sample you record to clone your voice, and the voice model made from it.
• Your work: the notes, sessions and audio you create, and the client records you enter.
• How the Studio is used: what was generated and listened to, so we can show you results and keep costs fair.

Why we hold it

Only to run the service you asked for: cloning your voice, generating and delivering sessions, running client spaces and live sessions, billing, and support. We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we do not use it to advertise.

Your voice

Your voice sample is used only to build your voice model, and the model is used only to generate your sessions. It is never shared with other practitioners. You can delete your voice model at any time, and we remove it from our systems and our voice provider.

Where it lives, and who helps us run it

The Studio is a separate service with its own database; client information stays inside it. We use a small set of trusted providers, only to deliver the service:

• ElevenLabs — voice cloning and speech generation.
• Google (Gemini) — AI drafting, the assistant, and session transcription.
• Cloudflare (R2) — audio storage, in the EU.
• Stripe — subscription billing (and your clients' payments, on your own Stripe account).
• Resend — sending email such as invitations and notifications.

How long we keep it

We keep your work while your account is active. Client-delivered audio that has not been used for three months is automatically removed to keep storage lean; you can keep anything important. You can export or delete your data at any time.

You and your clients

For your client records, the practitioner is the controller and we are the processor: we act on the practitioner's instructions. If you are a client and want your data changed or removed, ask your practitioner, or contact us and we will help.
